All orders placed on GolfDriver-Online.de are dispatched by us via DPD’s parcel service with insurance, meaning you, as a customer, are not at risk of damage or loss. This logistics provider is fast and reliable, and thanks to tracking information, you can easily track your parcel. If you order a product that is in stock on working days before 3.00 pm, your order will be dispatched the very same day.
Delivery time
For deliveries within Germany, your parcel will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 working days! Delivery to other EU countries may sometimes take longer. Depending on the destination and how busy we are, this usually takes 2 to 6 working days.
Track & Trace information
We provide Track & Trace information with every dispatch, allowing you to check where your parcel is and the status of your delivery at any time. You will always receive an automated email notification as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Shortly afterwards, we’ll share Track & Trace information via DPD so you can track your parcel and make any necessary changes. If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of the dispatch notification, please contact our customer service team.
Delivery to your nearest DPD Parcel Shop!
On GolfDriver-Online.de, you can also have your order delivered to a DPD Parcel Shop near you. You can tick this option when placing your order at checkout. You can then choose the DPD Service Point where you’d like to collect your parcel. This is convenient as you don’t have to wait at home for the delivery driver; you can simply collect it whenever it suits you best. This option is also ideal if your parcel contains a gift or surprise for a housemate. Incidentally, this handy, extra service costs you nothing extra. But please note: for a DPD Parcel Shop delivery, a parcel must not exceed 100 x 50 x 50 cm. Otherwise, the parcel may be refused by the Parcel Shop, resulting in additional costs.
Free delivery within Germany on orders over 100€
At GolfDriver-Online.de, you pay no delivery charges for orders with a value of over 100.00€ to be delivered within Germany. For smaller orders, the delivery charge for your order within Germany is always 5.95€. Please refer to the delivery charges table below for delivery costs to other European countries (EU).
PLEASE NOTE: for deliveries to remote areas, we may, in consultation with you, request an additional contribution towards the delivery costs. For example, deliveries to islands such as Madeira, the Azores and many Scandinavian, Finnish and Greek islands incur significantly higher delivery costs than deliveries to the mainland.
Returning your order
If you wish to return your order, this is no problem at GolfDriver-Online-de. Returns are at your own expense, partly because we have often already paid the delivery costs for the ‘outward journey’ of your order. If we have made a mistake or sent the wrong product, returns will of course be at our expense. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. Please proceed as follows:
- Ensure the product is COMPLETE and is properly repacked in its original packaging.
- Please return EVERYTHING that was included with the product you are returning. This includes, for example, any items supplied such as a user manual, charger, batteries, storage covers, gift cards or accessories.
- Products to be returned must be 100% NEW and SHOW NO SIGNS OF USE. Golf clubs must therefore not have been used or tried out. Even if you take just one or a few swings with a golf club, that product can no longer be sold as new.
